All in all, a very good hotel for ski holidays.Food is excellent, there is a very nice spa with several saunas, steam bath, amusing showers (with forest scents and bird songs ;), etc. The ski sportbus, free for skiers, stops right in front of the hotel and brings you to the Hintertux glacier ski resort in a few minutes. In the basement, there is a ski room and a boots drying room, as well as a small workbench for maintaining skis. The friendly staff speak english. The halboard (half pension) is very affordable.

Sono stato positivamente sorpreso dalla posizione eccellente dell'appartamento, vicino a Punta Faro e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. La camera spaziosa e pulita mi ha regalato un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. Inoltre, sono rimasto soddisfatto dalla colazione varia e dal personale gentile e disponibile. Apprezzato anche il balconcino dove ho potuto gustare la mia colazione con una vista piacevole.

L'unica nota negativa riguarda la mancanza di un balconcino privato nella mia camera, ma sono certo che altre stanze dispongano di questa comodità.

Had a great Easter stay at this hotel! The rooms were super comfortable and clean, plus the food was delicious. The location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the glacier and other ski areas. The best part though was definitely the staff, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even made sure the kids had a great time!

That there weren't many activities for non-skiers. While the location was ideal for skiing, there wasn't much else to do in the area.

The spa area is friendly and up to international standards. The hotel owner ( Ulrike) was looking after every detail in order to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was plentifull and large variety.

Noise from the street can be heard loudly in the room from as early as 5.00 A.M.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The location was amazing. The bus came right outside the door to take up to the cable car for some hiking. The hotel was very nice - clean, neat, new-ish looking. Great balcony. The room looked just like the photos. The staff were great, helpful and friendly. Oh and the food was great! I had the venison twice it was so good! Close to hiking areas but the towns were pretty quiet as it was off-season. I would definitely stay again!

My stay at Alpinhotel Berghaus Spa was absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. The full-board package was highly recommended, with a delicious and varied breakfast and a superb 3-course dinner. I particularly loved the individually prepared scrambled eggs for breakfast. The hotel also had a great bar with good music, providing a perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The location, being near the ski bus station, was incredibly convenient for winter activities. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the private sauna was a lovely added touch for relaxation. I had a perfect active holiday base with evening relaxation at Alpinhotel Berghaus Spa.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We loved the proximity to the glacier, as well as the daily guided hikes in the summer. The breakfast had a great variety, including made-to-order eggs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to go on beautiful hikes straight from the hotel. We were also only a short bus ride away from the lift that took us up to the glacier at 3250m! The hotel itself was very well-planned and organized. From the check-in process to the ski storage and transportation, everything was seamless. The spa area was amazing and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of hiking. The meals were also top-notch, with a wide variety of options available at the buffet. We particularly loved the fresh honey and the opportunity to make our own fresh juice mixes. we couldn't have asked for a better hotel for a ski vacation or a relaxing getaway in the mountains!

Spent Christmas at a four-star hotel in the Austrian mountains. The ski bus stops right in front, and in two stops we reached the glacier. The wellness area was great with a sauna and steam room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a view. The hotel had a bar with good music.

Food was expensive, with a minimum price for wine. The Wi-Fi was unstable, and sometimes we had to go down to the bar to have internet access.
